With this system all the water used in the Villas goes through different treatments that make it reusable for areas such as irrigation.
The water for domestic use comes from a well, therefore the surrounding community is not affected.

LOW MAINTENANCE INTERIORS: STUCCO
Stucco is a type of decorative coating for walls and ceilings made up of cement, plaster, lime, marble sand and a series of natural pigments.
It helps to create a waterproof effect on walls and ceilings, avoiding humidity or mold and also providing extra reinforcement.
The advantage of stucco is that it is a high-quality, long-lasting, moisture-resistant coating that is easy to maintain and clean. More flexible than plaster and therefore less prone to cracking.
